Nick, I think most people who complain about those things are from
Scandinavia. At least in Swedish, it’s not very common to call someone
named Nicklas (or Niklas) “Nick”, or “Nicky”. Although, the Danes do tend
to use a lot of English so maybe they *do* say “Nick”. Actually, I don’t
know, I’m just trying to figure out why so many people have a problem with
